Main Duties

A. Implement Corporate Purchasing Policy and Implement Solution

Participate in negotiation at country level

Assist operations teams in orienting their choices toward selected partners

In charge of Middle Office reporting towards management and Middle Office

Be responsible for entering data in tariff database (especially NAC and local road haulers), in MODB (including tariffs, etc.)

Ensure that payment deadlines negotiated with suppliers are respected and solve any dispute

Be responsible for business relations with country partners

Be responsible for data quality of country suppliers

Optimize Purchasing

Support the Front Office in the setting-up of solutions

Support tender desk on pricing

Follow up of providers' service quality

Be responsible for local market expertise, researches new products and services to meet company's goals

Contractualized local contracts with approval of the country/zone

Ensure compliance requirements (e.g.: FMC, TSA, Security, FCPA, Customs, etc.) are fulfilled in collaboration with HMO Operations

Identifying and taking part in negotiating the best procurement options with trucking providers

Grouping the country's procurement negotiation requests, and finding solutions
