Tenant Services Administrator
Location: Falls Church, VA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract (potential for permanent hire)
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
LHH is seeking a Tenant Services Administrator to join a property management team in Falls Church, VA. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and experience in property management, supporting both residential and commercial tenants (commercial experience preferred). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Yardi.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and routine property inspections
Support lease administration including renewals, terminations, and documentation
Handle tenant concerns and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and deposit assessments
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance activities, and service requests
Prepare and assist with monthly tenant service and activity reports
Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and legal to support tenant operations
Contribute to efforts that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or property management
Experience in both residential and commercial property management preferred (commercial strongly preferred)
Required: Proficiency with Yardi
Experience with Nexus (invoicing) and Cove (tenant management) strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Proactive problem-solving approach with strong customer service orientation
Working knowledge of lease agreements and basic rental law concepts
Basic understanding of building maintenance processes
Additional Information
Heavy invoicing responsibilities; experience with Nexus is important
Cove system experience is highly preferred for tenant management
