Job Overview: The Project Site Administrative Assistant position in Parker, CO will provide administrative support for a project site, assisting with timekeeping, document control, and coordination across Safety, Quality, and Operations teams. Ensures accurate records, timely reporting, and efficient workflow to support daily site activities and maintain compliance with company standards.

Position available in: Parker, CO.

Compensation: $ 25.00 hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8 hours per day

Per diem: Not Applicable

Job Functions:

  • Provides day-to-day administrative support to the project site, ensuring efficient coordination across field and office teams.
  • Supports timekeeping processes, including accurate entry, tracking, and reporting of workforce hours.
  • Maintains document control by preparing, organizing, and filing project records, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assists Safety, Quality, and Operations teams with documentation, reporting, and tracking of site activities and requirements.
  • Builds and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages calls, messages, and general project correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinates meetings, events, and logistics, including travel and accommodations as needed.
  • Orders and maintains office and jobsite supplies and supports mail distribution and courier coordination.
  • Greets visitors, answers questions, and gives directions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree, or office administration certificate, is an asset.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a construction or project-based environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with field staff, trades, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively while supporting project team needs.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in creating, editing, proofreading, and formatting project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Bluebeam, and OneNote; ability to learn project-specific systems and tools.
