The role:
I need a part-time virtual assistant who can manage a varied, fast-moving task list with minimal direction. We check in three mornings a week 15 minutes, I brief you on priorities, you execute. We maintain a shared task list. You work independently between check-ins and deliver.
Check-ins are no later than 7am. This is a hard requirement. If early mornings don't work for you, this role is not the right fit.
Tasks range from vendor research and logistics coordination to scheduling, ordering supplies, and handling routine client and vendor correspondence via delegated Gmail access. You will communicate on my behalf with clients, venues, and vendors professionalism and sound judgment are non-negotiable.
This is primarily a remote role. That said, occasional local tasks may come up a pickup, a drop-off, meeting a delivery. Marin-based candidates with a car are strongly preferred for this reason.
What this requires:
Proven experience supporting a business owner or executive remotely
Excellent written communication; you represent this company in email
Strong follow-through; tasks get done and closed out without reminders
Resourcefulness; you find answers and solve problems independently
Availability during business hours and same-day response on time-sensitive items
Comfort managing a shifting task list across multiple categories
Marin-based with a reliable vehicle preferred
This role involves access to personal and business information, client data, and financial accounts. A background check is required prior to start.
