The Administrator I (Vendor Services Manager) position in the Comptroller's General Accounting Division provides direct support, management and ongoing review of the Vendor Services unit, including vendor maintenance, good standing certificate activities and vendor ACH setup activities. Work assignments may include special studies and analysis for the division. Functions include the review of vendor table change transactions, ensuring transactions are in accordance with internal controls, implementing and maintaining process systems and software, and customer service quality control. Support for each of these programs and units includes the direct management of resources and staff as well as reporting. This position reports directly to the Program Manager of CPC, Vendor Services, and Tax Reporting.\r\n MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. \r\nExperience: Four years of administrative staff or professional work.\r\nNotes:\r\n\r\n\r\n Candidates may substitute 30 college credit hours from an accredited college or university for each year up to four years of the required experience.\r\n Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience.\r\n Candidates may substitute the possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university for the required experience.\r\n Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer involving staff work related to the administration of rules, regulations, policy, procedures and processes, or overseeing or coordinating unit operations or functioning as a staff assistant to a higher ranking commissioned officer on a year-for- year basis for the required experience.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n** For education obtained outside of the U.S., you will be required to provide proof of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service.
