Job Summary Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time, temporary administrative professional to support key activities in the Office of the CEO. This role will help develop and implement a file management system and other general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Include: Organize, sort, and file physical and digital documents according to established naming and filing conventions Scan, label, and archive paper records into the company's document management system Audit and update contact lists Update inventory lists for gifts and premiums Provide additional administrative support as needed Delivery This role may perform other related duties as needed to support team and organizational priorities Required Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint or OneDrive Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well Strong written and verbal communication skills Sesame Workshop Hybrid Work Policy This position is based at our headquarters office in New York (Manhattan) at 1900 Broadway, New York, NY, and follows a hybrid work model.
