Position Overview As the Executive Assistant supporting our COO, you will play a key role in helping maintain organization, efficiency, and communication across multiple areas of the business. This position requires someone who is dependable, adaptable, and able to manage a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

By handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, you will help enable leadership to focus on strategic company initiatives and continued growth.

Responsibilities Coordinate and manage special projects

Oversee and support the Employee Appreciation Program

Plan and coordinate internal company events, including summits, holiday parties, team lunches, and meetings

Book and manage executive travel arrangements

Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Maintain organization across multiple priorities and deadlines

Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional office administration experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the construction industry

Experience supporting executive or C-level leadership

Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset

Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
