We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and supporting daily office operations in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Enter and maintain data across multiple platforms
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Perform filing and general administrative duties
Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed
Support other departments when necessary
Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
Qualifications:
Previous customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with data entry and basic computer applications
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
