Back To Results Bookkeeper / Office Manager Job Description Bookkeeper / Office Manager with QuickBooks Experience : Processes Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Codes and enters Vendor Expense invoices and runs checks Performs Project Billing Project Job Costing Prepares Bank Deposits Ensures the correct general ledger accounts are debited and credited accordingly Reconciles monthly bank statements and monitor cash flow.
