Responsibilities The assignment is 90% working with numbers, key in invoices and item numbers. Enter orders into system and make any required adjustments. Research and correct items that require specific attention. Adhere to proper procedures for handling updates (address changes, cancellations). Learn and understand all categories in order to make the necessary adjustments. Recognize instances where exceptions will need to be entered directly into system. Requirements 1+ year prior clerical / data entry experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. High School diploma or equivalent. Strong keyboard, data entry, and typing skills.
