Onsite Operations Manager - Lincoln, Al

Position Summary

Rate of Pay: $64k-$74k/year

Ensures successful launch and execution of sorting and inspection projects.

Contributes to identifying new business opportunities within the territory and building relationships with potential and existing customers.

The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at customer manufacturing facilities while ensuring quality service, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. This role leads onsite teams, manages multiple projects and staffing needs, supports business growth, and serves as the primary point of contact for customer operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or quality operations who can effectively manage people, processes, and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operational activities and customer support services
• Lead and manage Team Leaders, Supervisors, Project Managers, and frontline employees
• Ensure projects are staffed appropriately and operating efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and service
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality metrics, and operational performance
• Develop action plans to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct employee coaching, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements
• Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and employee retention initiatives
• Analyze operational data and provide reports to leadership
• Coordinate launches, shutdowns, special projects, and emergency coverage
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
• Travel to customer locations within assigned territory as required
