About the Role
The Practice Support Administrator is a dual-focus role, split between administrative support and marketing assistance for Econ's SCD Practice and Marketing department. You will manage a diverse range of tasks across multiple stakeholders, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands.
What You'll Do
Primary Duties
Provide essential administrative practice support including but not limited to: calendar management, time entry, expense reimbursement, and overall support to the team
Provide essential marketing support including but not limited to: content creation, digital marketing, social media, market analysis, event coordination and internal communications
Serve as the main point of contact to senior leadership to drive initiatives and day-to-day processes
Manage and maintain application licenses for team tools and platforms
Manage, create and proofread practice documentation, including professional biographies, qualifications, pitch materials, engagement documentation, and thought leadership
Manage CRM and maintain SharePoint repository of materials for business development, engagements, and other purposes
Assist with new client opportunities including tracking pursuits, Salesforce entries, conflict checks and drafting engagement letters
Other ad-hoc projects to support practice, segment, and firm goals
Travel to events or FTI DC office as needed
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of post-graduation professional work experience in practice support, business management, project management experience within professional services or related industry
Preferred Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Salesforce or related platforms, Canva, LinkedIn and Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord, and SharePoint
Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written
Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective at communicating and collaborating across all levels of the organization
Ability to execute with a sense of urgency and a high degree of efficiency
Strong decisiveness and independent judgment

Compensation
Minimum Pay: $54,500
Maximum Pay: $88,000
Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
