Compension: $20.00-$23.00/hr

Wh Youll Do:

• Greet and direct customers when they arrive the front
• Answer incoming calls
• Light filing and da entry
• Receipt of money
• Page for available sales reps
• Ensure a constant supply of repair files
• Manage receivables
• Manage incoming appointments (prepping folders and ensuring appointments are properly marked as Show/No Show)
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

Wh You Bring:

• Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanor
• Must have good time management and be detail oriented
• Must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Intermedie proficiency in MS Office a plus
