Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing systems, and organization of office spaces
Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for basic financial record-keeping
Provide customer support through clear phone etiquette and personalized assistance, including handling inquiries in bilingual settings if applicable
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a professional setting
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Familiarity with office management procedures, data entry, filing systems, and proofreading processes
Experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills
