The Human Resources Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department by assisting with employee records, onboarding documentation, customer service inquiries, and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, timely processing of paperwork, and a positive employee experience.
Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Schedule: Monday Friday, Weekends as needed , 40 hours per week
Pay: $15-20 per hour

Essential Duties
- Review, sort, and distribute incoming mail and HR-related correspondence
- Process new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Perform data entry and update HR systems with employee information
- Respond to employee questions and provide general customer service support
- Assist with employment verifications, filing, scanning, and document management
- Support HR team with administrative tasks, reports, and special projects
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and orientation sessions as needed
Qualifications
- Previous clerical, administrative, or HR support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
