Program Administrion Records Coordinor
Do you have experience in an office environment and want to work for a company th positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Program Administrion Records Coordinor role, you will contribute to the companys commitment to serve others by compiling, verifying, typing, and filing individual records.
- Maintain files and individual records by upding and filing da upon receipt of informion Initie records for new individuals served and cree a computer index
- Assist in copying and distribution of record informion per policy
- Maintain supply of forms, including packet preparion
- Review clinical documention prepared by program staff to ensure th timecard and clinical documention coincide
- Ensure accuracy of all da
Qualificions:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months of general office experience; experience in medical records preferred
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communicion skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
- Exceptional tention to detail
