Job Description
As a Compliance Administrator, you will use effective communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries related to the commercial trucking industry.
- Handles task requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Communicates contract language in terms callers will understand.
- Maintain customers' account details in our management system.
- Communicates with customers on account changes.
- Completes specific projects relating to customers' requests.
- Assists other departments in handling customer needs.
- Ability to discuss billing and provide accounting assistance to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with commercial truck licensing, log auditing, driver qualification files, and other related services.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. Relevant associate's degree highly preferred.
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong follow through and organizational skills.
- Adaptable to a quick pace with advanced time management skills.
- Possess strong people skills and highly service oriented.
- Must work well in a multi-task, team-focused environment, and independently.
- General computer knowledge, able to work in Microsoft office products, and ability to learn multiple software programs.
