Verifying any incomplete or illegible customer-supplied contact information. Recording the products and quantities received in each shipment and alerting the Supervisor of any special or unusual requests. Pulling up computer records for status inquiries and relaying status to customers via phone. Filing service records, service quotes, and related paperwork while retrieving filed records when requested. Assisting the Supervisor with assigned tasks and maintaining a neat and orderly work area. Requirements: Have a high school diploma or GED, or five years of related experience and/or training. Possess data entry experience and strong typing skills. Can read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Are computer literate within company-provided software systems and can apply basic arithmetic functions.
