Requirements

Positive, customer-first attitude

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed

What You'll Do

Greet every customer with a warm and professional welcome

Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member

Assist with filing and light administrative duties

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Support dealership operations and provide exceptional customer service

Schedule & Availability

Approximately 20-30 hours per week

Mondays and Thursdays between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM

Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs and coverage requirements
