Executive Administrator (Clinical/Research Department) Cook Children's - Fort Worth, TX Part-time (20-30 hours/week to start) Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage logistics for approximately 20 events annually (2-3 per month), including clinical rounds and special engagements Assist with calendar scheduling, agenda preparation, and event planning Oversee event preparation, including printed materials, marketing collateral, and gift baskets Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, addressing questions related to logistics (parking, schedules, navigation, etc.) Coordinate site visits and ensure all logistics are handled seamlessly Order and coordinate catering/lunches for meetings and events Support packaging and preparation of marketing materials Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Communications, and Executive Leadership Work Environment Hybrid flexibility, with onsite presence required for events and key activities Medical business office/corporate setting within a research-driven organization Why This Role?
