Responsibilities for a Contract Administrator include but are not limited to:
Assist the Sourcing team in drafting, reviewing, and processing new and renewal Statements of Work (SOWs)
Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and alignment with contractual terms
Collaborate with internal business partners to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies
Ensure all documentationplies withpany policies and sourcing standards
Track and monitor contract status, approvals, and renewals to maintain continuity of services
Support process improvements related to contract management and requisition workflows
Candidates for a Contract Administrator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or sourcing support
Experience working with Statements of Work (SOWs) and purchase requisition processes
Strong understanding of indirect sourcing and contract processes when possible
Experience drafting contracts, reviewing purchase requisitions, and working with internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated environment

Pay: $35/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (08:00:AM - 04:30:PM), 4 days onsite/Marl location, 1 day remote

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
