By joining our Division of Driver Licensing as a n Administrative Supervisor in Graves County, you'll have the opportunity to coordinates daily workflow, staffing assignments, and service delivery to meet customer demand while maintaining efficiency and minimizing wait times. Ensures staff adherence to KRS, KAR, and federal guidelines governing credential issuance and identity verification.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Complete daily, and monthly accounting reconciliation and issuance reports
Operational oversight of section in a High-Volume environment
Fiscal accountability and end of the day accounting reconciliation
Personnel supervision and performance management
Issue resolution and escalation management
Ideal candidate will have experience in:
Leadership and operational execution in an administrative setting
Reviewing, and interpreting local, state and federal laws
In person service, meeting the needs of our valued customers
Fees and Accounting reconciliation
Office 365 applications, program management and creating reports of office procedures

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of professional administrative experience.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: A master's degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional administrative, business or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE
Working Conditions
Incumbents working in this job title primarily perform duties in an office setting.
Probationary Period
This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
