Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.
Three (3) years of experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment
Experience formatting documents and creating tables
Ability to manage workload effectively with competing deadlines and priorities
Ability to gather, coordinate, and compile data as needed for special projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
Experience working in web content management systems (i.e. GATO)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at a college or university
Knowledge of Texas State University policies and procedures and organizational structure
Experience working in Concur and SAP
Ability to navigate in databases and in back-end websites
Experience with online foldering systems

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Vice Provost for Institutional Accreditation
Job Duties
Compose, type, and proofread correspondence and reports
Schedule meetings and maintain calendar for the Associate Vice Provost for Institutional Accreditation
Maintain and track files and corresponding deadlines
Answer telephone, screen and transfer calls, take messages, greet guests, refer to other offices as appropriate
Process travel arrangements, reimbursements, invoices and supply orders
Provide technical support as needed
Manage web content management system
Perform other duties as assigned
