Summary: To assist in the daily functions of the elementary office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Efficiently support the elementary principal along with all staff, students, and community members. Specific duties are:
- Performs general secretarial tasks, including but not limited to producing letters, reports, memorandums, etc. via the computer
- Daily attendance
- Makes photocopies, files, distributes mail
- Answering phone calls and records accurate messages
- Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff, administration, students, parents and/or visitors
- Powerschool
- Money handling assisting bank deposits and receipts
- Proficiency with Canva and other social media platforms
- Other duties as assigned
