Purpose Statement
The District Administration Center Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, students, families, and community members at the Liberty Public Schools District Administration Center. This position is responsible for providing professional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the Human Resources Department with clerical and organizational tasks as needed.

Hours
- Monday through Friday
- Full-time shift is 7:30 - 4:00 pm
Pay
$16.28 - $20.44 per hour (based on relevant work experience)
Essential Functions
- Greet and assist visitors, staff, and community members in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain the front reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Monitor visitor check-in procedures and maintain building security protocols.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as requested.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department as needed.
- Assist with onboarding activities, employee records, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, student, and district information.
- Support district-wide communications and customer service efforts.
- Operate standard office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, copiers, scanners, and computers.
- Assist with special projects, events, and other duties assigned by the Human Resources Department or district administration.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, administrators, and the public.
Experience: Job-related experience is required.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
