Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a Client Services Department in a professional, business-focused environment in Orlando, FL. This part-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys supporting daily operations, coordinating communication, and helping teams stay organized and productive.

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with leadership and internal departments to support client relations, scheduling, reporting, project coordination, and general office administration. This role offers a collaborative onsite environment, supportive leadership, and the potential to grow into full-time hours in the future. Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support for multiple business operations and serve as a key point of contact for internal coordination.
- Schedule and organize meetings, events, agendas, invitations, logistics, and meeting notes.
- Manage calendars, correspondence, records, reports, expense documentation, and budget tracking support.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, external partners, and internal teams.
- Support internal projects by tracking timelines, coordinating updates, and helping ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with research, process improvement recommendations, and social media or marketing-related administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 20 to 24 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule within standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job Type: Part-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in Orlando, FL 32810.

- Support marketing administration, social media activity, and research related to industry trends and process improvement.

- 3 to 5 years of administrative, client services, office support, or business operations experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Business Administration preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfortable using social media platforms for business or marketing-related administrative tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders.
- Background in real estate, property management, client services, or business operations.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, internal projects, or cross-functional communication.
- Familiarity with basic budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative financial documentation.
