Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Work with the teammates to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.
As Team Member, you will receive
A salary with bonus opportunities
Paid time off - earned each pay at 3.4 hours per pay cycle (80 hours per year).
Paid holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Retirement plan with 3% match
Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales).
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Property and Casualty insurance license (must have currently or obtain within 3 months)
Life and Health license (must have currently or obtain within 6 months)
