The Administrative Assistant 3 provides frontline administrative operations for the Executive Director and Principal Investigator of the Ohio State Genomic Health (OSGH) initiative and the OSUWMC partnership with Helix, as well as supporting workstreams for OSGH. The role manages calendaring, meeting logistics, travel/reimbursements, purchasing/POs, rosters/access, and timekeeping editor functions for assigned cost centers, while partnering closely with Finance, HR, IT, and clinical departments. This role also supports the data input and updates for OSGH data access requests and OSGH website updates, with partnership of other members of the OSGH team across project management and clinical research.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required.
Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
