Job Title: Documentation Coordinator
Job Type: Part-time, Long-term Temporary (20-24 hrs per week)
Pay: $20-23 per hour
Position Summary
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting engineering teams? We are seeking a Documentation Coordinator to be the backbone of our project documentation process. In this vital role, you will compile, assemble, and distribute project documentation—including submittals and Operation & Maintenance Manuals. Your accuracy and dedication will ensure projects are documented in accordance with company standards and regulatory policies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and CAD departments to precisely document project components, including dimensions, part numbers, specifications, and maintenance instructions.
	 - Utilize printed and electronic catalogs to identify relevant information for engineer-selected parts.
	 - Review Bills of Material for part number errors, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
	 - Format and present documentation per customer specifications.
	 - Gather and organize operation and maintenance materials for key equipment, creating clear and user-friendly manuals.
	 - Ship finalized documentation to designated project addresses.
	 - Provide clerical support for documentation, quality control, and administrative teams as needed.
	 - Perform other related duties as assigned to support project goals.
	
Experience, Skills, and Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
	 - Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
	 - Excellent spelling, grammar, and language skills.
	 - Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
	 - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
	 - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and cope with frequent interruptions.
