What You’ll Do- Support the daily operations of the facility alongside the Administrator
- Help lead department managers and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality initiatives
- Promote strong employee engagement and positive team culture
- Support admissions, census growth, and resident satisfaction efforts
- Help drive operational efficiency and exceptional resident care
- Participate in leadership development and strategic planning initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Nursing Home Administrator Licensure preferred or in progress
- Previous healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with staff, residents, and families
