Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to provide general administrative support for the MBD department. The role involves a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of strong general office/department support experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in SAP/Ariba (or equivalent software experience) and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Strong ability to work independently and with other members
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Basic Japanese Skill is a plus but not mandatory
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Arrange and set up meetings and department events
  • Submit and track purchase requisitions from approval to vendor invoicing
  • Receive and confirm invoice payments
  • Prepare and submit monthly accruals
  • Set up and prepare for new hires, including account and equipment setup
  • Arrange travel for team members and visitors
  • Prepare for visitors, including account setup and badge requests
  • Maintain and update the Assistant Reference Manual
  • Manage office supply orders and mail distribution
