Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to provide general administrative support for the MBD department. The role involves a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3 to 5 years of strong general office/department support experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in SAP/Ariba (or equivalent software experience) and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Strong ability to work independently and with other members
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Basic Japanese Skill is a plus but not mandatory
- Arrange and set up meetings and department events
- Submit and track purchase requisitions from approval to vendor invoicing
- Receive and confirm invoice payments
- Prepare and submit monthly accruals
- Set up and prepare for new hires, including account and equipment setup
- Arrange travel for team members and visitors
- Prepare for visitors, including account setup and badge requests
- Maintain and update the Assistant Reference Manual
- Manage office supply orders and mail distribution
