Evening Receptionist

Summary:

The primary role of the Receptionist is to be the face of the facility and greet guests, residents and staff as they enter the building.

Shift & Hours: Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate staff and answering questions from guests and residents.
  • Assisting with tracking residents that leave and re-enter the facility for appointments and outings.
  • Working under the direction of the Business Office Manager and Administrator to complete assised duties.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of experience in acute care and/or long term care in a skilled nursing facility
  • Experience in rehabilitation or behavioral health is a plus
  • Good understanding of computers; Word, Excel, scanning and prining documents
  • Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required
