The HT Group is partnering with a reputable law firm to hire a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and a fast-paced legislative/legal affairs team. This role requires someone who can operate independently, managepeting priorities, and handle both executive-level business support and occasional personal assistant responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. This is a high-visibility position in a dynamic environment that requires strongmunication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Dowtown Austin TX (Onsite) | Comp DOE | Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

Provide executive support to firm Partner as well as senior leadership and legal/policy teams

Manageplex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and time-sensitive priorities

Serve as a gatekeeper formunications, helping prioritize requests and manage workflow efficiently

Coordinate events, stakeholder meetings, receptions, and other high-level functions

Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, agendas, and professional correspondence

Supportpliance and reporting activities, including tracking meetings, expenses, and related documentation

Handle expense reports, billing support, document preparation, and general administrative tasks

Assist with logistics, reservations, and special projects as needed

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in politically sensitive or high-profile environments

Qualifications

Prior experience supporting executives, attorneys, or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment

Legal or professional services industry experience preferred

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Excellent written and verbalmunication abilities

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and event logistics

Comfortable handling shifting priorities and occasional after-hours support when needed
