  • Status: Part-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.2:00 p.m., and rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m.12:00 p.m.

What Youll Do

  • Assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and coordinating medication and food orders
  • Check clients in and out efficiently while providing compassionate customer service
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and process payments accurately
  • Conduct after-appointment client follow-up communications
  • Support hospital operations by maintaining a clean, organized reception area
  • Draft memos, correspondence, and other administrative documents as needed
  • Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure an outstanding client experience
  • Collaborate with teammates to support efficient front desk workflow
  • Share ideas and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

What Our Client Care Specialists Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional, compassionate, and positive attitude

  • Comfort learning new technology and entering data accurately
  • Passion for animals and interest in the veterinary field
  • Previous veterinary experience is a plus, but not required
