JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Departmental Manager/Building Principal, the Clerk will perform clerical duties relevant to district operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Essential Job Functions)
Regular daily attendance to perform assigned duties
Conduct research
Create presentations
Prepare written/digital statistical reports, studies and analysis
Manage projects
Maintain student attendance records (school clerk)
Check, verify and maintain health records (school clerk)
Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain confidential documents
1 0. Answer telephone
1 1. Arrange conference calls
File, scan, and copy documents
Prepare routine correspondence for administrative superior
Research confidential information
Attend workshops, conferences, and departmental meetings
Make necessary contacts
Perform other duties as assigned

TRAINING. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Any combination equivalent to: a high school diploma, an associate's degree preferred, two years of clerical experience in increasingly responsible office environment.
