Responsibilities

Perform accounts payable data entry, invoice processing, and maintain accurate financial and administrative records

Assist with employee onboarding paperwork, new hire documentation, and scheduling meetings or interviews

Provide administrative support to company leadership, including calendar management and office coordination

Organize physical and digital documents, files, and office records to ensure efficient recordkeeping and compliance

Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks and data entry as needed

Support day-to-day office operations, clerical tasks, and special projects in a professional office environment

Communicate professionally with employees, leadership, and external vendors via email, phone, and in person

Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and discretion

Qualifications

Previous office administration, administrative assistant, customer service, or data entry experience preferred

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer systems

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a part-time office role

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a small business environment

Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-Time | Approximately 20 hours per week

Monday-Friday preferred

Flexible 4-day schedule available

Consistent weekly schedule required
