Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide program management support. The successful candidate must be motivated with strong communication and organizational skills as well as proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Job Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining program schedules
Developing and maintaining action items
Developing and distributing presentation material
Coordinating meetings and large technical exchanges
Editing documentation and ad hoc tasking as required
Please note that an Active Secret Clearance is required on the date of hire.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in an Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred. However, an Associate's Degree plus 5 years of related experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience required.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
Travel: None
Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of
