DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Essential Job Functions) 1. Regular daily attendance to perform assigned duties 2. Conduct research 3. Create presentations 4. Prepare written/digital statistical reports, studies and analysis 5. Manage projects 6. Maintain student attendance records (school clerk) 7. Check, verify and maintain health records (school clerk) 8. Plan and schedule meetings and appointments 9. Maintain confidential documents 1 0. Answer telephone 1 1. Arrange conference calls 12. File, scan, and copy documents 13. Prepare routine correspondence for administrative superior 14. Research confidential information 15. Attend workshops, conferences, and departmental meetings 16. Make necessary contacts 17. Perform other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE. SKILLS. AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of: 1. District policies and procedures 2. Statistical data collection 3. Modern office equipment, troubleshooting, practices and procedures Ability to: 1. Communicate clearly and effectively 2. Maintain confidentiality as appropriate 3. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Any combination equivalent to: a high school diploma, an associate's degree preferred, two years of clerical experience in increasingly responsible office environment.
