Jobs Hyannis, MA Front Desk Receptionist Cape Abilities Front Desk Receptionist Hyannis, MA Apply POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, the full-time Receptionist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lyndon Center headquarters of Cape Abilities. In addition, this position provides ad hoc administrative & fundraising support as needed. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Answers front desk phone & directs calls & other inquiries. Receive & process incoming donations. Administrative ad hoc support as needed. Distribution & management of agency mail & messages Responsible for sorting & distributing mail. Serves as the point person for mailing & shipping needs for our Lyndon facility. Checks general office voicemail & forwards messages to their appropriate recipients or follows up with inquiries. Oversight of daily operations of Lyndon Center Responsible for directing visitors & checking in appointments, including management of visitor & staff sign-in sheets. Handles & delivers sensitive documents & mail, including sorting & logging checks & confidential forms.
