Greet and assist parents, students and staff professionally, efficiently and with follow-through. ? Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage calendar for Activities Director. ? Become familiar with and follow Board policies, and regulations. ? Learn and understand electronic systems applicable to the position including: Infinite Campus (student information system), Google Chrome, Pulse, SISFin. ? Organize and coordinate facility use/rental. ? Manage activity budget, submit purchase orders, reconcile credit card statements & billing. ? Receive bus requests, communicate with EccoRide to procure appropriate buses for events/activities. ? Contact officials for sporting events and manage schedules for events/officials. ? Maintain filing systems containing confidential and sensitive information. ? Compile information and prepare accurate reports. ? Perform duties with speed and accuracy. ? Use independent judgement to organize work area and prioritize tasks. ? Work effectively with demanding schedules and timelines. ? Accept criticism calmly and with dignity without adopting a defensive attitude. ? Work under pressure in a noisy/disruptive environment. ? Duties performed sitting at desk/computer for long periods of time. ? Work as a positive team member, providing support to other building personnel. ? Dress professionally and in a manner that will not interfere with the educational environment. ? Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Building Administrator.
