Contracts Assistant (Order/Data Entry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process a high volume of sales orders with accuracy and efficiency

  • Review, validate, and update order details to ensure completeness and correctness

  • Support order management activities, including tracking and status updates

  • Maintain organized and compliant documentation for contracts and transactions

  • Process required forms and ensure all information aligns with internal standards

  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing

  • Consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a strong sense of urgency

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM

  • Employment Type: contract to hire

  • Compensation: $20-22/hr.

  • Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109
