Key Responsibilities:
Enter and process a high volume of sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
Review, validate, and update order details to ensure completeness and correctness
Support order management activities, including tracking and status updates
Maintain organized and compliant documentation for contracts and transactions
Process required forms and ensure all information aligns with internal standards
Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing
Consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM
Employment Type: contract to hire
Compensation: $20-22/hr.
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109
