LHH is partnering with a renowned non-profit organization in Atlanta to hire an Executive Administrative professional supporting a Vice President. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and being the central point of coordination for a team.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive leading a major fundraising initiative
Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and executive meetings
Serve as a key liaison across teams to ensure alignment and execution of priorities
Support donor-facing activities, including preparation for meetings with high-net-worth individuals
Create polished presentations, materials, and documents (flyers, reports, spreadsheets)
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative capacity
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Outlook, virtual meeting platforms
Excellent communication, proofreading, and multitasking abilities
Strong ability to create professional, visually polished materials
