LHH is partnering with a renowned non-profit organization in Atlanta to hire an Executive Administrative professional supporting a Vice President. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and being the central point of coordination for a team.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive leading a major fundraising initiative

  • Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and executive meetings

  • Serve as a key liaison across teams to ensure alignment and execution of priorities

  • Support donor-facing activities, including preparation for meetings with high-net-worth individuals

  • Create polished presentations, materials, and documents (flyers, reports, spreadsheets)

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative capacity

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

  • Experience with Outlook, virtual meeting platforms

  • Excellent communication, proofreading, and multitasking abilities

  • Strong ability to create professional, visually polished materials
