The Account Administrator provides support and assistance to the Key AccountManagers and all Sr Program Management to ensure customers' products areproduced, shipped and delivered as promised.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Become familiar with purchase order requirements and/or long-term agreementsto ensure compliance with internal and customer standards, processes andprocedures.
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure all customers specific technicaland shipping documentation have been created, communicated, and distributed.
Prepare and maintain documentation for all incoming repair products,including associated invoice records.
Communicate daily with Key Account Manager and Program Management to ensureAmphenol Borisch Technologies has accurate and up-to-date customer informationand requirements for Purchase Orders.
Maintains customer requests, internal promise dates and shipments throughoutsystem and customer portals, escalating when there is an OTD impact toshipments.
Work with the Accounting Department regarding past due accounts andfollow-up on invoice issues when needed.
Assist with data gathering and analysis to complete 12-month forecastprojections.
Enters/updates jobs as needed
Performs risk management and escalates to Key Account Manager or ProgramManagement appropriately.
Performs all other tasks and projects assigned by Program Management.
Requirements
HS diploma or GED
Experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role, preferred
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and data
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced working environment
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
Ability to work additional hours/flexible schedule when required
