Location: Onsite at Lowell General Hospital - Main Campus.
Requirements: Required to attend virtual orientation on your start date (Monday, 8:30-5). Training will be conducted during 1st shift.1 winter and 1 summer holiday required at minimum.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience working in a call center environment.
2. Experience with Spok and TigerConnect applications.
