We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to join our team in the Village of Kohler. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires more than just managing calendars; it demands a proactive professional who can act as the "glue" for a dynamic department while navigating the sophisticated technology used to drive our global business. Description: • Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic, fast pace environment • Proficient data entry and typing skills • Communication skills via email, phone, Microsoft Teams • SalesForce/Oracle CPQ technology experience preferred

salary: $25 - $27 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Execute high-volume data entry with precision and speed, ensuring all departmental records are current and accurate.

  • Dynamic Support: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment, providing proactive solutions to administrative challenges.

  • Strategic Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, managing professional correspondence across email, phone, and Microsoft Teams to facilitate seamless internal and external collaboration.

  • Technical Workflow: Utilize Salesforce and Oracle CPQ to manage data, generate reports, and streamline the Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) process to support the sales and operations lifecycle.
