Product Data manages part records, ensures data accuracy, and supports the digital merchandising strategy. They understand product attributes, create new records, and manage the related data required for each product. They are also responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to product attribute data. The Product Data Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of part records and the associated maintenance of the data found within these records. Key Responsibilities Creation of new records and the related data required for product production and sales Timely response to internal customer inquiries related to product attribute data Facilitate process improvement actions to increase utilization and efficiency Knowledge of product attributes and the impact of data inaccuracies Processing of queries to validate the accuracy of data entry Updating of attribute data as a result of inaccuracies, manufacturing changes, or customer requests Extensive knowledge of BOM, Item Master, PIM modules, and P360 Ability to create and run data loads Extensive knowledge of Custom Item Search Creating/Improving shopping experiences on the website Extensive knowledge of Configurator and the Set-Ups within the module Processing of Automated Part Records Updating of automated part records as a result of manufacturing changes Knowledge of DAS and the approval process for item assignment Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Vibrant personality with the ability to connect with customers Integrity in business practices and when working with others in a team environment Hunger for continuous improvement, personally and professionally Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational abilities in managing time, work details, and workspace effectively Proficiency in decision-making, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Flexible and able to deal with change and unpredictability Preferred Qualifications Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, CZ, PLM, Salesforce, and PIM preferredKnowledge of Stuller product offerings with prior experience setting up part records
