Title Clerk

Overland Park, KS & Downtown KCMO | Fully Onsite

Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire| up to $21ph.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented Title Clerk / Title Processor for a contract-to-hire opportunity. While prior title experience is a plus, this role is also open to candidates with high-volume, detail-driven customer service or administrative backgrounds who are eager to learn a new process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys working with accuracy and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and review vehicle titles and related documentation for accuracy and completion
  • Verify information, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with state requirements
  • Perform high-volume data entry and document processing
  • Communicate with customers, dealerships, or internal teams to resolve title issues
  • Track and maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and supporting paperwork
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive or time-sensitive information
  • Support general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
  • Ability to handle high-volume processing and tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and compliance requirements

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
