Job Title : Repair Coordinator / Data Entry Specialist Location : 10105 Senate Drive, Lanham, MD 20706 Duration : 36 months (with possible extension) Hours : 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (overtime possible) Pay Rate : $20 - $23/hour
- Receive, unpack, and validate customer equipment (2-way radio devices)
- Enter and maintain accurate device and customer data in system
- Track repair items and ensure proper workflow updates
- Communicate with customers regarding equipment status and updates
- Collaborate with service and sales teams for coordination and issue resolution
- Use service system along with internal tools for tracking
- Follow ISO9001 standards and internal service level requirements
- Ensure accurate handling of customer assets and documentation
- Support operational workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accountability, accuracy, and timely processing of repairs
- Experience in data entry or customer service environment
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Ms Excel
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Basic experience with ticketing or service systems
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
- Team collaboration and individual contribution skills
