We're looking for a warm and welcoming person who will help us make a good first impression.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls- providing answers where possible, or redirecting calls to other people/departments as necessary
Scanning, filing, and organizing both physical and and electronic documents
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Keeping the reception area organized and tidy looking
Assist with other tasks or projects as needed.
This position is located at our Midtown location (3535 S. State Street SLC UT 84115)QualificationsWe dont require previous experience for many of our positions because we are willing to train the right people to be on our team. What we do need is people who are willing to learn and grow with us. Our ideal candidate also:
