Responsibilities Include:
Daily scheduling and confirmation of appointments
Organizing and maintaining files and client records
Managing client relationships and communications
Preparing documents and maintaining existing records
Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and other clerical duties as needed
Answering incoming phone calls, directing calls appropriately, and taking detailed messages
Overseeing incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
Preparing shipping labels and tracking shipments through UPS and FedEx online systems
Assisting with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role
Knowledge of Windows 10 and/or Windows 8 operating systems
Working knowledge of office equipment including fax machines, scanners, and cameras
Strong understanding of general office procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
High School Diploma or higher required
Schedule & Pay:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay ranges from $16.00 $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
